This week, the girls talk to Nikki Myers a yoga therapist, teacher and somatic experiencing practitioner who founded CITYOGA School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis, IN. She launched Yoga of 12-Step Recovery in 2004 based on her own personal struggles with addiction. She talks about how she came to pair the 12-steps and yogic philosophy, what her long-term recovery looks like, and co-dependency.
