Stress and histamine are often linked, so remember to focus on this area as well as diet, supplements and so on.
Stress can have a significant impact on how you feel both mentally and physically, as research has found that histamine issues have all sorts of mental and brain impacts. I'm diving into this at the moment as I write my latest book. For example; “dysfunction of the histamine system may underlie some forms of apathy”, and “a potentially critical player in the pathology of depression, histamine”.
