"We will never be the same" with returning guest Coach Marlon

Everyone was shocked and in disbelief to hear the tragic news last month. Marlon Beard, a Trainer here at Hiit Fitness, has suffered the biggest loss of his life. His 16 year old son, Marshawn Malcom Martin Beard AKA "MAN MAN" has passed away from the never ending struggle of gun violence we have in this world. It makes no sense how great individuals like "MAN MAN", lose their life at such a young age. This was such a tragedy and words can't express the emotions nor explain the impact it has been on for so many people. This week Coach Marlon returns to the Afterburn Podcast for an exclusive interview to open his heart and talk about his life changing story, what he refers to "His Nightmare"!
