Leonie Akhidenor hosts The Parenthood Podcast, born out of her challenges; combating pre and post-natal depression with both babies. As a proud first generation Melbourne, Greek/ Nigerian and recovering perfectionist, she felt ashamed and isolated in her struggles prompting her to create her podcast to share those stories of struggles to humanise what we all go through as parents through parenthood.
