Nancy is an OG of Real Estate (like me) seeing many types of market and shifts to our business in her 22 years serving her hometown of Needham. As with most towns, she has seen a lot of changes over the years. Her marketplace is a hip market that attracts young families, professionals and a landscape of ever changing businesses just outside the Boston area. Throughout her career Nancy has found an amazing balance between life and business. While earlier in life she didn't plan on jumping into real estate as soon as she did, she became addicted to the people you meet and get to help. In todays episode we will chat about different markets we have seen, how to shift brokerages when the time is right, and how she finds that balance to enjoy her family to the fullest and even time for golf and travel.
