IN TODAY'S EPISODE YOU WILL BE TRAINING YOUR SELF BELIEF MUSCLE - PART 1 of 2 We will be addressing internal disempowering thoughts/beliefs and turning them into empowering ones, by doing your inner reps and training your mind and emotions, you are doing your inner workout. Your "inner-cises" are just as important as the exercises you do to train your muscles and body. You want to make a move to the next level, so you make promises to yourself or others to do what it takes, you make progress...and then you start breaking those promises. You know you are capable of deciding what you want and following through, consistently....you've done it before. I’m here today to help you re-connect to that part of you so you can have and sustain that higher level of health, the body you want, the relationships you want, the fulfilling life you want. 9 Areas Of Wealth
This episode is for all you energizer bunnies who started the year off strong....and you're still going....and going...and going! Remembering to create deliberate space to slow down means you can speed up and make more progress with less stress and overwhelm. Get more done, have more time to do the things that are most important to you, this year. We can also get easily distracted by what isn’t important, or what drains us of our good energy to focus on what REALLY matters. 2021 is in full swing, maybe you started the year strong and your losing steam, this is for you, also. Are you losing momentum and starting to revert to old habits and patterns that aren’t serving your goals, highest good or next level? Maybe you set unrealistic expectations or have become impatient. It’s not uncommon for you to stop wanting to workout consistently, or overtrain, to keep eating healthy, or to be to hard on yourself. Your sleep suffers, and you start making excuses for not making your health, family, relationships, or business a priority. Even though your excuses are valid (mine always are;) our choices can hurt us, not help us. Excuses always keep us stuck or we back pedal. It’s time to check in on your current situation, and re-focus on what matters. What I learned is that there are 9 areas of wealth (health, finances, character, community) to name a few. Wealth is the accumulation of value. Consciously creating and expanding your wealth—based on what YOU value most—is the name of the game in 2021.
