Today we are talking about how to set your goals for 2020, how to stop wishing your dreams would become a reality and actually set out your goals in to an achievable process. It is always easy to set your goals but sometimes we overwhelm ourselves with that burst of "New year" motivation. I'm here to discuss my tips and tricks on how to utilise that motivation to it's full potential and achieve your goals -one-step-at-a-time.
1: No Goal is too big! you just have to break it down
2: Don't take on too many things at once!
3: Find Motivation in your form (quotes or vision boards)
4: Will this goal actually make me happy?
5: Under Promise - Over Achieve
6: Give yourself Deadlines
7: Make your goals achievable in the first place!
8: BE GRATEFUL (Preempted Gratefulness)
