Turn Your Breakdown Into Your Breakthrough
Let us reflect upon the real truths of our lives, the good and what we perceive to be the bad, the challenges, and let's accept our circumstances. Acceptance allows us to move forward, lift the veil that fear, shame, judgment, guilt, and self victimization has over us and it allows us to pivot into grace, self forgiveness and inner peace, and ultimately find solutions. In this episode, I'm gonna share with you some ways you can shift your energy and your perceptions so that when you do encounter moments of discomfort and an obstacle, you may find your way back to your power. Honor the obstacle, honor yourself, spin mistakes into gold and turn your breakdowns into breakthroughs.
