And no, I don't mean what comes after a sentence. I mean that thing that most women are embarrassed to talk about or dread getting.. the Crimson Tide, Shark week, Aunt Flo, that "Time of the Month".....

As a woman we are so lucky to have a built in warning system, but because we have not been educated enough we tend to think of a menstrual cycle as inconvenient, embarrassing, and disruptive.
