I introduce myself and the new Healthy and Redeemed podcast. I share my desires and goals of helping people live healthier lives as Christians.
In future episodes, I will share practical ways for you to become more emotionally healthy and deepen your faith. As a follower of Jesus, it's important that you live as healthy as possible—no matter what you have experienced in the past or what you may be facing now. Sometimes mental issues can get in the way of spiritual growth. Unmanaged emotions can also cause undue stress in life and relationships. Sometimes it can even cause others to turn away from the church or their faith.

My hope is that, by becoming emotionally healthier, Christians can more effectively reflect the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in their daily lives.
