208. Why Your Ego Is The Biggest Thing Holding You Back

Today was a snow day on Better Together With Maria Menounos... we did the show of course but it was a literal BLIZZARD outside, as we are still on the East Coast taking care of Maria's mom.

Maria gives us an update on how her mom is doing, and discusses how she continues to manifest a miracle for her. She talks about the power that is within ALL of us, we just have too trust, try and believe in ourselves. "As you're going through your journey, know it's not right and wrong.. but just trial and error" Maria says. All you can do it try. And when it comes to energy work and healing, there is NOTHING wrong with trying, it can only go up.

Through her own journey with her Mom Maria just wants to show everyone there is another way. It's not black and white. Be your own advocate and seek out the people and help that not only you admire and do the best work, but also who are going to support YOU. And when it comes to seeking help be aware of Egos... because that is really something that get's a lot of people in trouble. Ego is the main thing that can hold you back. Keep you from succeeding. As Maria says, when you are the family member of a loved one you will do whatever it takes to make sure they're okay. So, go in remembering "you're not crazy, you're wise," do your research, and look for doctors who are willing to collaborate and listen to you.
