Jaya Ashmore has guided meditation for people of diverse backgrounds in a dozen countries since 1999. With over 30 years of ripening in diverse meditation traditions, primarily in India, Jaya is internationally known for her fresh, embodied guided meditations. She is at home with techniques and language as diverse as Theravada Buddhism and Advaita (non-duality) and mysticism. Beginning and advanced meditators often notice a subtle and powerful unwinding of unwholesome habit-energies, as well as an awakening of love for what is most important in life.
