Welcome back Grown up family or should I said I'm happy to be back to update you all on what has been going on since I felt I needed to take a break from the podcast. Although it wasn't ideal ultimately I had to take a break in order to refocus myself on this journey I'm on. On today's episode I give you an update on what I was getting into on this break, when did I know it was time for me to take a break, and why podcasting became one of the things I had to take a step back from in order to revaluate my mind so I could put podcasting back at the forefront.
