EP 4: The Power of Intention
Intention is one of our greatest gifts; through it we connect to Source and shape our lives as well as the world for the better. Today’s episode is all about the power of intention and Sarah tells the amazing story of how she first connected to it, the role it plays in her life today, and what we can all do to tap into it as well. We hear about two struggles Sarah went through and how they led her to different sources of knowledge. She was able to draw from this wisdom and learn about curating thought through intention, as well as manifesting reality through thought. We learn more about Sarah’s practice of intentionality – what she does to keep track of her thoughts and put them out into the universe as well as receive its responses. Sarah shows us how we can tap into the power of intention too, and how our lives will be flooded with higher frequency emotions and thoughts, which through the power of manifestation will begin to shape our lives in absolutely real ways. The best part is that the more intentional we each become, the more we communally manifest higher frequencies and shape the world together! The path to intentionality is not easy though, and we hear from Sarah how it is an ongoing journey with stumbling blocks and challenges, but these too can be seen as their gifts to be grateful for.
