If you are part of our Private Facebook Group for GOLD COURSE MEMBERS, then you are probably familiar with this name.
Johnnie reached out to us a little over a year ago as a stressed out Truck Driver.
He was looking for something a little more fulfilling to his community, bank account, and something that didn't require him to be clocked in or on the road in order for those checks to keep coming in!

He started marketing BEFORE he had a property, just like we recommend, and found that his bread and butter was one of the 73 Marketing Ideas from the GOLD COURSE: Facebook. He now gets around 20 leads per day!

He went through a lot of ups and downs, many of them humously shared on the group, but he eventually found a landlord willing to lease him an 8 bedroom home to accomodate all of these leads he was getting!
He thinks he needs just 2 or 3 more to comfortably retire from the road.

The Group Home Blueprint with Tasha & Tamara

If you've been following Group Home Riches for a while then you most likely have heard the story of Tasha McCray.

Tasha was a nurse and Real Estate Investor who had heard about Group Homes from her mentor/friend Tamara.

She didn't really think about it too much until she had her first problem tenant in one of her rental properties.
