It may be true that your self-doubt, or your perceived lack of good-enough-ness, is the result of imposter syndrome. Or, it could be that you're incompetent. Figuring out which is true is a lot like the old conundrum: how can you tell the difference between being smart and being so dumb you only believe you're smart? In this episode I share my approach to discerning between your imposter syndrome or your incompetence.
