09/01/20 • 75 min
As you heard me say on many many occasions, life is the ocean a strong boat your foundation. So, how does one find blueprints to build a yacht in a sea where the likes of rowboats surround you? The answer, exposing yourself to the experiential knowledge of those who have come before. While the best way is to hire a coach and join a mastermind, because you can’t ask a book any questions, for most people, books are the best way to get started for the average person. There are thousands of books available, but the right book can CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Over the last 20 years, I have read hundreds of books over 200 on the subject of personal development alone. Though there are 30 books I would never part with, Five of those books changed the course of my life forever.

Episode 8: Organizing for the "New Normal" in the Age of COVID.
It has been a tumultuous five months. We are currently in a global storm of sorts, and our entire worlds have torn asunder. As a result, we have gained some experiential knowledge about what it means to be in quarantine, to social distance, and to work and teach from home.
While we may have adapted to conferencing technologies, and being at home, what most people haven’t been able to do is figure out how to organize their home spaces to meet the challenges of working, living and homeschooling in the new normal.
Today Ron Bouchard
is joined by
Kristi Santilli, a professional organizer who loves helping individuals and families take back control of their lives and their homes by partnering with them to declutter, organize, and set up management systems to achieve calm and clutter-free homes.
On today’s episode you’ll learn:
How to transform your space to accommodate living, working, and homeschooling in the "New Normal".

Episode 10: Finding Natural Solutions In A Chemical World.
In America today, roughly 33% of citizens think that the government is credible, and 60% find it hard to discern between real and fake news. But the media and government aren’t the only systems suffering from severe mistrust, over the past few decades, trust in our healthcare system has fallen substantially to a level where only 23% of Americans express a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in the healthcare system.
It’s no wonder as 250,000 America die each year as a result of medical error, 20% of U.S. healthcare resources get wasted on medical treatments that people don’t need. Why should people trust a healthcare system that makes so many mistakes and spends so much needless money?
That is why I believe that about one-third of Americans are turning to alternative medical therapies not regarded as orthodox by the medical profession, such as herbalism, homeopathy, and acupuncture, as well as alternatives to pharmaceutical medications.
In a survey that was conducted by the Bridgefield Group, 42% of respondents reported that they had stopped using pharmaceutical drugs and over-the-counter medication since turning to CBD products. When asked about the effectiveness of CBD products, 66% of users claimed that CBD was much more effective at relieving their medical conditions than over-the-counter drugs. Fifty-six percent of hemp-derived CBD product users and 52 percent of marijuana-derived CBD product users claimed that CBD was much more effective than pharmaceutical drugs.
With many patients opting to give up pharmaceutical drugs in favor of CBD, the medical industry stands to undergo an evolution in terms of traditional medication. So, are natural solutions such as CBD and as effective as conventional chemical remedies?
On today’s episode, you’ll learn:
• How hemp helped build our nation?
• What CBD is and why it is everywhere today?
• How CBD is extracted?
• The benefits of CBD.
• What are THC’s, and do CBD products contain them?
• Is CBD legal?
• How CDB is dosed?
