Golden's Guide with Deborah & Lyanca
Such an informative conversation about HIV, the myths and misconceptions about the illness! There are still so many questions the general public has about having HIV and the transmission of HIV. Jose Giocamea, Director of Community Relations for Aid Upstate, answers all our questions very openly to help us all understand more about this disease that is at times still an elephant in the room. Aid Upstate supports our communities with prevention, treating, testing, mental heath support and so many other ways to create health and education in our area. They also have a resale shop, Red Ribbon Resale where they receive donations of clothes, household items, and furniture. The items in the shop are donated to HIV clients in need, and all of the proceeds go to Aid Upstate. Please, please consider donating to the store as you do your home and closet organization!! December 1st is a World Aids Day, a celebration of those passed on and all of the support of the medical and personal care givers. Please remember and consider opening your minds, hearts and pockets, this holiday season to this amazing charity who has served our community for 30 years! Be safe and get tested!! We love you and want everyone healthy! www.Aidsupstate.org Red Ribbon Resale Store Instagram @Aid.Upstate FB Aid Upstate

Episode 30: Let it Go! A Conversation with Betsy Exton, Detox Coach to Tony Robbins!

This is one of the most enlightening shows I believe I've filmed. Thinking we would be talking detox and the body ended up being way, way more. When you have an educator and healer, like Betsy, who has supported thought leaders such as Tony Robbins and trained with amazing healers from Puerto Rico, well you know its going deep! And did we ever! Betsy Exton is the owner of Pure on Main Wellness Centers, one of the upstates premier wellness and rejuviation centers. Betsy is truly a guru on everything health related. In this episode we cover detox for everyone, (including beginners like me 😳) why choosing experts is essential when working on your health, raising your spiritual and emotional awareness by releasing toxins, (WAY COOL btw) the 7 channels of elimination, how your anxiety can start in your gut, and so much more! OMG, this is such an important convo that Betsy’s already been invited back, you don’t want to miss this EPISODE! And Pure on Main has given our peeps 10% off any purchase (Yes they can ship) using code GOLDEN10 www.pureonmain.com Instagram @pure_on_main FB Pure on Main Discount Code - GOLDEN10
