Most people follow a spiritual path in accordance with their psychological habits, the cause of their suffering, thus their spiritual path results in little or no genuine experience of spiritual truth. Real spiritual development begins when we balance the three fundamental areas (three brains) of our psyche and use them consciously, thereby creating psychological equilibrium. This is how one enters the Path of the Balance.
