Podcast Q&A

Why did you start this show?

I decided to start the show because I noticed a lack of podcasts in the UK that cater to women over 40 who are new to the health and wellness world. I wanted to provide practical ways for them to start taking care of their overall health.

What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?

I aim for my audience to gain valuable knowledge and understanding about the various options available to them for achieving holistic health and to be able to discern important information amidst all the background noise.

Which episode should someone start with?

Probably the best episode to start with is the bonus one that explains what the podcast is about, and go from there.

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

One of my favorite episodes was the one in which I discussed dealing with brain overload and techniques for calming our minds. I talked about the challenges of finding mental space for clear thinking, and many of my clients found this episode to be very helpful. I've received a lot of feedback from listeners sharing their goals after listening to the show.

Which episode are you most proud of?

I enjoy all the episodes because I find them fun. I used to blog, but podcasting feels more like me because I love talking and helping people, and this platform allows me to do both. I understand that not everyone will connect with every topic, but I conduct thorough research on each subject and strive to provide informative content without causing unnecessary fear, so that my audience can empower themselves.

What is your vision for your show?

My vision for the show is to bring on select guests who can support my clients, other modalities, and experts. I plan to accomplish this by the end of the year.

What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?

"It has to be Dr. Rangan Chatterjee. His podcast and work are something I look forward to listening to, and I am even going to his tour in March next year. He's a lovely, down-to-earth guy, and I genuinely feel he wants to help others."

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

I chose the name "The Complex Health Coach" because it represents who I am. This name is fitting for my podcast. There's a backstory behind why I'm called the complex health coach, and anyone who knows me will understand right away. I help people with complex health issues find balance in their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives. Perhaps one day I'll share the origin story of my name in a podcast.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I am a solo mum and that is my main job it is 24/7 and the best job in the worldBut my calling has always been to serve others, and over the years, I have focused on my health and wellness. Now, I want to pay it forward.
