What is non-attachment and how does it benefit our relationships? When it comes to relationships, it's easy to get lost and entangled in the attachment. Isn't attaching a part of connecting with someone though? We might become too attached when conflict is arising from being too hung up on an end goal or have when we have placed too much expectation and weight on relationships. It usually takes rupture in the relationship or stepping back to gain perspective.
