In honor of Pride Month I decided it was time to feature my first film on the podcast. What better way to do that than by discussing one of my favorite films of all time, Call Me by Your Name. This movie quite literally changed my life back in 2017, and to this day still makes me giddy each time I watch it- almost like I felt the first time. I brought my friend, Katy Hinds, back on with me to discuss the film we hold so dear to our hearts. It's the summer of 1983, and precocious 17 year old Elio Perlman is spending the days with his family at their villa in Lombardy, Italy. He soon meets Oliver, a handsome doctoral student who's working as an intern for Elio's father. Amid the sun-drenched splendor of their surroundings, Elio and Oliver discover the heady beauty of awakening desire over the course of a summer that will alter their lives forever. Spoilers: My Reactions to the Peaky Blinders SERIES FINALE!

This is a very special episode, and it's one I've never done before. This episode is strictly my own thoughts and reactions to the fantastic and absolutely perfect series finale of Peaky Blinders. A show that captivated my mind, body, and soul over a year ago came to an end, and with the finale being 90 minutes long I wanted to dedicate an entire episode to it. I also watched this final series before so many of you and I've been keeping these thoughts inside me for months. I needed to get them out!! The final season dropped on Netlix this past Friday, June 10th, so It was time to release this episode!! Please enjoy, and do not proceed unless you've seen season 6 episode 6! I am ecstatic to finally bring you the Yellowjackets spoiler episode! I had no guest for this episode due to scheduling conflicts, and I decided it was time to bring you this show that I've been dying to discuss with you either way. Yellowjackets follows a wildly talented high school girl soccer team that become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the Canadian wilderness. This show is suspenseful, crafty, thrilling, and downright crazy at times! It was an absolute RIDE! I loved every second. With a second season coming there are lots of theories that need discussing. Be sure to listen to all of the episode so we can dish out all the fan theories afterwards! Melanie Lynskey won a Critic's Choice Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of adult Shauna. The show has just been nominated for 7 Emmy Awards!! I am in love with this show, and hope you all loved it too!!
