I've been getting SO MANY questions about intermittent fasting lately so this week I'm going to tackle them alongside an intermittent fasting expert Melanie Avalon!
Melanie Avalon is the author of the book What When Wine: Lose Weight and Feel Great with Paleo-Style Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Wine. She's also the co-host of the top iTunes podcast, The Intermittent Fasting Podcast. Melanie holds a certification in Holistic Nutrition from the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals Association), is a certified wine specialist by the WSET (Wine And Spirits Education Trust), and a member of Mensa International.
