#154 Pt 1 – Current Movie & TV Show Models: Home Media, Superheroes & A Bunch Of Movies Discussed With Spider-Dan

Spider-Dan (of the Secret Bores) had an extra-long conversation with Mike about a huge array of things including Dan’s time acting and how he got into podcasting, movies are then discussed for a long while as are comics, the MCU, Star Wars and Spider-Man is inevitably mentioned too, so definitely one for movie-buffs and nerds alike!

In more detail, in part 1, Dan & Mike start their conversation by Spider-Dan confirming where his name came from, why he started a podcast, his career in acting, they inevitably discuss before they delve into a massive discussion on the duo’s movie-love, which then goes into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, superhero movies & superhero fatigue.

Next week is part 2 (already out for Patreon supporters) and the duo’s discussion on superhero content continues, which follows into discussing the entry-level for comic books, which includes a big discussion on Spider-Man (& Venom), cult classics, how the streaming era has changed movies, live-theatre, international movie licencing, Sony’s impact on home media and a bunch more!
