GearDown - Grace Sharkey with End of Season Review

As we close out Season One, we reflect on on those things from the year. Grace will take us down the road of expectation and we highlight the effects of chasing down those rates and the disregard and willingness to learn beyond a 'Training Class' mentality, by trading off and not leveraging first-hand experience.
