13. How to Survive Family Holidays 101

It’s nearing end of October, and so we celebrate the creation of gay culture as we know it: Hocus Pocus and Mariah’s Christmas carol. But if you’re a gaysian, all that is probably behind you since we got to prepare for the deadliest, most stressful time of our lives - Thanksgiving. It is the holiday of family gathering with all our dear relatives paired with their loving advices. Well we will first talk about what we really think about these family gatherings (spoiler alert, we don’t like them very much) and try to give you some advice to avoid getting too stressed. Some are useless, but some, we believe, are actually helpful — surprising, we know. And of course, we end today’s episode by playing a fuck, marry, kill with some family holidays. So stay with us till the very end!

Isn’t it depressing that a 23-year old has never been in a relationship? Well, most Koreans will sure think so - but we are here today to prove you wrong. To prove to you that the lives of SinBs (Single-since-births) are more full-of-love than they look, we have invited two other SinB guests who will share their life stories along with our own SinB, Ken. In our first episode about SinBs, they will be talking about how they have managed to stay single until now and will prove you wrong if you’ve thought that a SinB lifestyle equals a lack of sexual or romantic life. In the midst of this, we will also be talking about some of our long, long, long, long-held desires as well as if we’ve actually tried escaping our SinB-hood. Then we will come back next episode to continue with some advice for you to follow (that we obviously haven’t followed) to escape SinB-hood.
