Denise Medved is an Author, Speaker, Creator AND Founder of the Ageless Grace® Brain Health program. A preventative, restorative and developmental practice focusing on cognitive function for people of all ages, but particularly active older adults–for whom memory and brain function has begun to top their list of health concerns.

I met Denise in 2008 while she was beta testing what is now her world renowned Ageless Grace program, and I credit her as the person who led me to discover that it truly is safe to inhabit my own body and how to really SENSE embodiment.

I trained with Denise in 2009 to become an Ageless Grace educator and have been helping to carry out the mission of this work since then–teaching weekly Ageless Grace classes here in the Fox Cities.Links for Denise Episode:

As a little girl Ezzie Spencer Ph.D was already a seeker. Imaginative and always enamored with the mystical, she was a human in search of deeper meaning.

She began her career as a human rights lawyer in Australia and completed her Ph.D in therapeutic jurisprudence after surviving toxic relationships, to help other women survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault seek justice.

As an empathic soul, this demanding career led her to once again seek the mystical in the moon and the stars, and the result is her best selling book "Lunar Abundance®. Cultivating Joy, Peace and Purpose Using the Phases of the Moon". In her latest work, the re.love® method, Dr. Ezzie has put together a map for uncovering blocks to self love and intimate love.

Project: I'm Speaking, featuring HELEN AVAKIAN
An Award-winning songstress and International Fingerstyle Champion Helen Avakian has moved audiences for decades with her haunting voice and versatile guitar playing.

Speaking with Helen and hearing her incredible stories—was so enriching that we spent a lot of time just sort of talking and meandering through her life–which by the way is punctuated with these FANTASTIC Full Spiral moments!
Lauded a number one “Favorite Acoustic Act” four times by Rhythm and News magazine and winner of eight first prizes from the NewSongs Contest, she has performed on PBS radio and television, on stage with Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul, and Mary), and as an opener for luminaries ranging from Stanley Jordan, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Imuh-gen Heep to the New York Philharmonic.

I left our time together SO inspired and reminded of the importance of supportive mentors and taking chances in this life! (Like when Helen met and jammed with founder and lead guitarist of Fanny, June Millington!)

My wish for you is for you to listen to Helen with the same childlike wonder with which Helen sees the world and seems to approach her whole life. In JOY!
