It's good to be okay. What do you have to lose? What do you have to gain? Are you happy with the payoff? Feelings and emotions are the things we have the most of and know the least about. Non-negotiable action. The power of choice. Building self-worth and self-respect. Excuses and wanting it to be easy. Keeping spiritual practice number one. What needs to die is the loudness of the mind.
