-how to acknowledge, validate and process invisible hardships
-the first step to move forward, even if you think you can't

Write out the hardest parts of the year. Be as detailed as possible. Look at the paper. Say "thank you for the lessons. I'm ready for my next chapter". Rip up that paper into small pieces. Blow them into the air and say goodbye.
