Mike Spring joined Foundry in April 2022 as Senior Business Development Manager for Staking. Mike comes from a software background–most recently as a Strategic Account Manager supporting clients through custom enterprise software projects. Mike has extensive experience navigating complex requirements and customer expectations along with the leadership skills and agile background to see those expectations through for his clients and Foundry.
Joe Hoffend is Foundry’s VP of Product Development. He started his career co-founding an eSports media company, and prior to joining Foundry, was at Fastly, helping improve the user experience of their Edge applications and partner offerings. Joe first became interested in blockchain in 2012 as he saw Bitcoin as the intersection of sound money and technology. Since then, he’s spent a good deal of time learning about blockchain technology and what problems it can help solve in the world and believes every asset will eventually be digitized. Joe has led Foundry’s Staking business as well as productizing other areas of the business.
As VP of Decentralized Strategy & Engineering, Kseniya leads a team that is building best-in-class staking infrastructure in order to provide staking to institutions for many different protocols, including Ethereum. Before Foundry, Kseniya and her co-founders started and ran Upstate Interactive, a web3 consultancy that built applications on Ethereum. Kseniya is passionate about increasing diversity in the tech space and has been part of several organizations that educate, promote, and empower women. She’s a member of Meta Gamma Delta, a DAO focused on raising funds for women-led projects in the blockchain space.
