Should Black Widow Be Released on Disney Plus?

Should the Black Widow movie just move to Disney Plus? That’s the million-dollar question that Fortress of Solitude’s Sergio Pereira and Loïs Qutob attempt to answer in the latest podcast. Starring Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh and David Harbour, Black Widow was meant to be an important part of Marvel Phase 4, but the delays have seen it bumped by almost a year to 2021. Nonetheless, fans are still eagerly anticipating the solo film from the Avengers’ Natasha Romanoff, but they might have to wait a little longer as the world deals with the pandemic. A solution could be a Black Widow Disney Plus release, but there are challenges around that for the MCU and Marvel Comics. Does that mean we could be set for another Black Widow delay? Or will Marvel Studios bite the bullet and release it on Disney +?
