Lufa, Sandy, Duke, and Baldie are back at it again in an action packed episode.

This week's Topics Dejounte include a recap of the NBA Rivalry Week and one of us makes a gut-wrenching mea culpa. Then, we get into the All-Star starters and talk about Joel Embiid a lot. We also touch on the very bad WNBA travel policy, Front Office contracts, and Bol Bol's passing woes.

Next, we debate this week's nominees for the Messy Bitch Award. We consider our hypothetical reactions to being hit by a player's mouthpiece, and award this week to a certain team that really loves cops. We also talk about Embiid again.

Then, we discuss the LeBron scoring record fanfare, and question the Wizards in Fool's Gold before it's time for everyone's favorite game: COOL OR FOOL? Topics include the Lakers-Celtics game fallout, the Raptors blowing it all up, and the All-Star Game uniforms. Oh and we talk about Embiid some more.

Our Fool of the Week goes to noted thin-skinned billionaire and Knicks/Liberty/Rangers/MSG owner James Dolan, who is also a coward (allegedly).
