Baldie called out sick this week, but Lufa, Sandy, and Duke welcome in special guest Ryan Nanni (@celebrityhottub) of the Shutdown Fullcast.

Keeping up with tradition, things go off the rails quickly as we start off discussing horrifying kids movies and Sandy reveals a sequel that nobody else knew existed.

Then it's onto the Topics Dejounte. We talk about Trae Young and Atlanta bird team mascots, and we unravel the National Sports Media Agenda when it comes to resting players. Find out if Sandy can make it through an entire load management without making a bad joke.

We lead off with this week's Messy Bitch Award nominees. We're talking Turkey and Sandy reveals his distaste for Freedom. We ask "who hurt Jamaal Magloire?" Draymond Green says the writing is on the wall, and we are the only ones with the nerve to ask "what wall and why are we writing on it?"

Next up, we give our NBA All Defense Teams so far, and provide our Eastern Conference Standings predictions. We all disagree on basically everything except the very best and very worst. Do the Raptors hold the key to unlocking Trade Szn? What is the realistic outlook for the Knicks? How far will the Nets fall without Durant?

Then, we give our All NBA Teams. We talk about Phoenix (again), strength of schedule, and load management. And then we discuss Buffalo weather and their home history in the NFL Playoffs for some reason.

Next, we hand out this podcast's highest honor: Fool of the Week. Could John Collins (or any actual player) fetch a Gobert-like trade package? Duke has a question about Rudy Gobert, Lufa has a question about Walker Kessler, and Baldie does a journalism on Hawks ownership. Then we discuss our Western Conference Standings predictions.
