2 noir books! Chip Zdarsky and Jacob Phillips rlease Newburn on Image - and it is a crime thriller full meal from start to finish. D.C. wasn't going to be the only Noir title in town so Tom King and Greg Smallwood created Human Target that has the best Lex Luther story ever to have been written.
