Michelle Sorro | 3 Ways to Grow Your Business Right Now
10/05/20 • 23 min
Here's to weekends completely unplugging and soaking up the sunshine!
If there's anything I've learned as an entrepreneur, it's that taking time off fuels my productivity and feeds my soul. Speaking of business...
One of the reasons I was able to grow my coaching and training business in the middle of a pandemic, and start a second 6-figure business is because I decided where to place my attention.
When lockdown hit, most people were glued to the news and letting all that negativity into their minds, but I turned it off completely, and decided to focus on what I could control.
Instead of feeding the fear, I took immediate action and made a few key decisions that shaped my reality so I could get after my mission.
I share what that exact action was in today's fiery podcast.
You'll be inspired by this!
In This Episode You Will Learn:
- How I filtered the media I consumed in lockdown. (5:19)
- How I took immediate action to pivot my business. (7:51)
- How hiring an executive assistant completely changed my business for the better. (10:23)
- Why your consciousness is more important than your curriculum. (12:59)
- Why truly feeling and experiencing your gratitude is a game-changer. (17:11)
- How deciding, investing, and committing to growth rewires your brain to find new solutions. (20:27)

Episode 100: A Journey to Fire and Soul (this will inspire you!)
Here's to reaching my 100th episode of Fire and Soul!
It’s been quite a journey...
Those of you who have been listening a while will remember that podcasting wasn’t a dream I ever had. When I was younger, I dreamed of being an actress or TV Host. And I finally got the chance to live that dream in my mid 30s for a decade, but the dream ultimately changed when I attended my first Date with Destiny seminar with Tony Robbins in 2017. I woke up to knowing I was made for more... something deep in my soul felt called to serve, contribute and make a positive difference in this world. But I had no idea where or how to begin. That's when a friend encouraged me to start a podcast and six months later, this show came to life.
With an insatiable curiosity about all things mindset and success, I started having conversations with friends, mentors, thinkers, geniuses, and inspirational people from all over the globe. I interviewed them about the routines, mindsets, habits, principles, and actions that have led them to fulfilling lives, and I’ve learned something powerful from each and every one of them.
When I look back at my early episodes, I cringe a little — but no one starts with mastery. I’ve learned a lot since those first few episodes — about podcasting and about life — and the journey has been its own reward every step of the way. This special 100th episode is a testament to the last two and a half years of learning and growth, commitment and courage. I’m excited to be looking back on some of the highlights from the last two years of making The Fire and Soul Podcast and reflecting on the many lessons I’ve learned on this incredible journey.
Why You Should Listen to this Special 100th Episode Right Now...
The last two and a half years of podcasting have been extraordinary, but the interview clips I share today are definitely highlights. My mind was blown by the insight and wisdom of each of these remarkable people. In this 100th episode, I’m highlighting moments from seven guests who made a profound impact on my life. I’ll share how they each inspired me to open my mind and heart, face my fears, step into inspired action, and how they each helped me create a more epically aligned life.
If you’re ready to achieve mastery at starting a relationship with Jairek Robbins, master femininity with Alison Armstrong, master a money mindset with Scott Harris, overcome your limiting beliefs with Jack Canfield, learn how to have a life changing miracle with the co-founder of Rythmia Dr. Jeff McNairy, how to build on the two indicators of 'awakening' with Panache Desai, and learn how to be intentional about race with my dear friend Daniel Gibson, then join me on Episode 100!
Here's to Fire and Soul!
