She is the Founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company (a professional coaching practice), Executive Director at Ideation Hub Africa (a public policy and impact advisory firm), and President at Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance (a non-denominational Christian Ministry).

At IMMERSE Coaching Company, Debola leads a 70,000+ strong tech-driven global community of change-makers living in over 100 countries, using her breakthrough coaching methodology to elevate their impact, authority, and legacy leadership. Since 2014, IMMERSE has produced over 200 courses and expanded into three different subsidiaries, including its recently launched year-long coaching immersion for C-Suite Executives – Visionary Compass Accelerator Program.

Inspired by her dual identity of ethnicity and modernity, Bibi created ChicNiCity by fusing ethnic-inspired colors & prints with contemporary design elements and silhouettes that stay true to premium, wearable and versatile clothing.

Before starting ChicNiCity, she started her career as a lawyer but quickly switched and pursued her passion for a career in fashion. Over the last 15+ years, Bibi has worked with multiple international fashion brands to develop and manufacture their clothing lines in retail stores worldwide.

ChicNiCity recently debuted its exclusively designed collection for the retail giant HSN.

Bibi is a proud alumna of the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, and the School of Fashion Design, Boston, where she was awarded “The 2020 Distinguished Alumni Award”.

She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two kids.

Dr. Onukogu has worked as a Hospitalist at a Maryland Hospital for the past 16yrs where she also serves on the Ethics Advisory Council.

She is the Medical Advisor for the Chief S.E. Onukogu Foundation, which provides free medical care to rural communities in Nigeria.

Both a member of the American College of Physicians and winner of the Jack D. McCue Award for excellence in geriatric medicine, Dr. Onukogu is a renowned and dynamic practitioner. She is fully committed to the field of internal care and can be seen volunteering on medical mission trips worldwide.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Onukogu enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her children and tight-knit extended family.

We have an honest conversation about resilience, bouncing back from life's troubles, perspective about failure, and the poem "Who Am I Not to Be?"
