Canelés de Bordeaux is the little jewels of French pastry. Delicious custard-like interior with a wonderful dark crust flavored with vanilla and rum. Who wouldn't want one? But what's the history of the canelé and how do you make them? Well joining me on Fabulously Delicious today is someone that loves French food so much they rival me in many ways. Cookbooks are a passion, cooking as well. Katherine Burns might be a commercial real estate agent by day but she is an expert in French food by night and on the weekends, and lunchtimes, and breakfast I'm sure.
