Dan discusses his exercise routine and how he has prioritized muscle mass in his workout routines. Peter talks about his diet, currently a Mediterranean plant-based diet and fish rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Additionally, he uses intermittent fasting between 7pm and 12 noon the next day, providing him a 17-hour fast. It gives him increased energy during the day and helps him.
