A star-seed is typically an old, advanced soul whom has had more lifetimes on other planets and in other dimensions than lifetimes on Earth.
Earth is not their home or planet they prefer to incarnate on for various reasons.
Star-seeds can incarnate from an in between life-times space (what we know as "heaven") or can split off a portion of their soul while in a galactic incarnation into their human physical vessel.
