With my week off work, I've been able to cook proper meals from fresh ingredients every day this week,
experiment a bit and stock the freezer with extra potions too.
I normally get in from work quite late and don't get time, but really enjoy cooking and it's done me a world of good mentally,
just to get the chance and remind me that there is something I'm good at and enjoy doing.
And to improve my diet at the same time.
