hey hey hey! THANK YOU, for your patience during my time of transition. So, this was intended to be last week's episode (8/20) BUT... after I got back from the laundry mat, I could not find my charger and I couldn't find it for 3 days! 👍🏼 which is why you're getting it a week late😅
I am safe, my family and friends are safe and not affected by the recent fires! Thank you to those who have checked☺️ Also... we will dive deep into the body pawsi sitch!

In this weeks episode, I talk to you... I have been going through a lot and feeling very overwhelmed and stressed.
I feel as though I am failing in all areas of life and this week's episode conveys my thoughts and my feelings. It's not the usual episode but I hope you guys will be able to relate to me and understand that we are all doing our best and if you were feeling at all sad about your productivity or anything going on in your life, don't.
