I’m Christina, from the popular YouTube channel Speak English with Christina. And with my team of Expert Teachers Cara, Matthew, Kristina, and Trisha, we want to help you become fluent faster, and feel more confident speaking English, both with native and non-native speakers.
After all, if you work in an international context, you need to speak good English, but also communicate well with people who have different accents, different levels of English, and different work cultures.
In the Faster Fluency Conversation Club podcast, you’ll hear conversations between my teachers and me, where we talk about all sorts of things, on both everyday and business topics.
It’s all in English, and the conversations are unscripted and spontaneous, to help you train your ear to understand real spoken English, the way we really speak it in conversations.
You’ll hear conversations on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to the environment, cultural differences and tips for learning English, but also more everyday topics like talking about your family, what you did during the weekend, places to visit in your country, and even what you had for breakfast.
In other words, the kinds of topics that come up in your everyday conversations with your clients and colleagues around the world
We want to give you the comprehension skills, the vocabulary, the speaking practice, and especially, the confidence, to connect with professionals around the world and advance your career in English.

Matthew (00:06):
Hello everyone, this is Matthew, not Christina. And uh, today I am here with Karyn. Karyn, how are you doing?
Karyn (00:20):
I am not Christina also. I'm doing great. How are you doing, Matthew?
Matthew (00:25):
Yeah, doing good. Doing good. So yeah, a little bit different here for the listeners. Christina is like, yeah, I think you guys can record the podcast this week. We're like, yeah, sure, we can do it. So, uh, yeah, we'll see how it goes. Um, yeah, so this week we are talking about a feedback week. So, um, in FFCC we do feedback week once or twice a year, and it is a way for FFCC members to, um, give us some feedback and tell us how we are doing. And, um, you know, we'd like to hear the feedback because we want to improve the FFCC experience. We wanna know your thoughts and how you feel, um, about your progress or how FFCC is going in general. And then of course, we give you feedback as well. Um, I'm sure you know, everybody who is studying a language wants to know, Hey, am I improving? I don't know if I'm improving. Most people say, I don't think I'm improving. Um, but I think us teachers see the improvement that, um, English learners are making. Wouldn't you agree, Karyn?
