This week we begin part one of our mini-series looking at your sickness rights at work. This week, we’re looking at your employment rights when it comes to sick notes and fit notes for short term illness at work, that last up to about a month. Then in the next podcast episode we’re going to look at the employer’s responses, when you are away from work because of long term illness; and, then in the final episode we’ll take a look at what happens when you’re off sick and facing disciplinary procedures.
