I hope you are doing okay, and if you have returned to work, I hope you are able to navigate the new normal.

Last week we received a question from a listener ... who listened to the first podcast and posed the following question:

“Hi. I was being investigated for something that happened at work and then I was being picked on by my boss, we had an argument and I walked out because I was tired of being bullied by people at work who keep telling lies about me to the boss so I will be sacked. I spoke to my boss about this three months ago, but instead of doing something about it he just lets them make more allegations against me and keeps on investigating me. It’s never-ending. Is there anything I can do about this because I feel I have lost my job through no fault of my own?”

So, this week we focus on answering this question in terms of the steps we advised the worker to take.
