Who am I? The Search of my Authentic Self.
Elisa Unfiltered : Living Life Out Loud
11/29/17 • 36 min
To be authentic or not to be... that is the question. But what the heck does that even mean? I am aware that I used to project a different version of myself to people depending on the situation. For example, I would act differently around certain friends, certain family members, and especially co-workers. I would pretend to be something I was not be it more confident, hard working, funny... This podcast is all about how I began to understand and learn about my true sense of “self”, and how this impacted me to connect with and live a more authentic life. I find that the most authentic people in the world have a strong sense of self, stay true to themselves and to their word, and have a strong connection to their inner voice. We all have that spirit, that energy, that love inside of us. So this week, I share how I found that love, and how I am able to confidently be guided by my intuition to live an authentic life that is true to me!

Relationships 101: with Adele Stratton
Elisa Unfiltered : Living Life Out Loud
11/22/17 • 66 min
OK Everyone!! Get ready, because this week, I have the pleasure to share with you an AMAZING conversation with my most profound spiritual teacher, Adele Stratton—AKA My Yoda. Adele is the founder of Phoenix Rising Healing center, and what better way to debut Yoda to the program than to dive into the topic of RELATIONSHIPS. Over our lifetime, we develop and experience diverse relationships. From family, to friends, to co-workers, to teachers, many people come in and out of our lives teaching us and shaping the way we see the world. From these relationships we develop our sense of worth. But have you ever stopped, and taken a look at your relationship with YOURSELF? Are you aware of how you treat yourself? What is your personal worth and where did you learn that? And lastly, how does this affect the way you treat others and ultimately how you project yourself.
Today’s podcast shines a light on the dynamics of our relationship with ourselves. We share how to become in line with ourselves, and learn to love self FIRST, so we can enter into relationships with others condition and expectation free.

The People Pleaser in Me
Elisa Unfiltered : Living Life Out Loud
11/01/17 • 27 min
Do you have a people pleaser in you? And if so, do you need to teach it how to say NO? Well, I certainly did. I feel like in today’s society, we are all learning to please others before ourselves. Making sure that everyone else has everything they need before we can give ourselves time, before we can give ourselves love and before we can give ourselves what we need to be fulfilled in life. While people pleasing is not always a bad thing, I’ve learned that it is when it puts my best interests at risk.
I have definitely come full circle in this department. In this episode, I explain the steps I took to regain my own person power, say no without feeling guilty, or bad, or stressed, and I share how I changed my perspective on the entire concept of selfishness.

Building Community, Uncensoring Yourself and Fighting For Healthy Discourse with Kid Carson
Elisa Unfiltered : Living Life Out Loud
03/15/23 • 68 min
This show has these of: Community Building, Censorship, Mental health, Free Speech, Cancel Culture, Intuitive Awareness, Woke Culture, Healthy Debate & Lead with personal sovereignty.
My guest today, Kid Carson, is a fellow Canadian, former Radio host, who is building community for those who have been cancelled, told they are bad people, told they are racist and misogynists, all for not participating in an experimental medical intervention is hear today to tell his powerful story.
Lives where ruined. And in this episode we want to share how people are waking up to corruption, and standing together to fight for healthy debate, discourse and freedom of speech.
I found Kid Carson as I was rebuilding my community, and although we may not agree on all things, It sure was a pleasure to speak my mind, feel safe and supported in speaking together about a subject that has been controlled, censored and dismissed for far too long.
Thank you for tuning in, the more you listen to the other side of the story the more you demonstrate that you are awakening and truly practicing inclusion in todays misleading, corrupt and brainwashed “party of inclusion”.
