Matthew Wuorinen, better known as “Not_Hideuhs” is a artist local to the Fargo area. He is known for his colorful, whimsical designs that can be found on items as small as stickers to large scale murals on the sides of buildings.

Although he's well known bringing color to the walls of downtown Fargo, one thing many people don't know is that he is an avid runner and believes staying active is key to staying healthy in both your body and your mind.

He and I have crossed paths many times in the Downtown Fargo community, yet for the first time few months back I sat down for coffee to learn about all of his passion behind his art and running. I'm happy to share his story with you today.

If you are looking for a total body workout experience in a community-driven atmosphere, then stay tuned for this interview with the folks of F45 in West Fargo. F45 is known as leaders in function training and sports science with studios in 65 countries world wide.

F45 was founded in Sydney by Rob Deutch who teamed up with Adam Gilchrist and by 2014, they had 15 locations in Sydney alone. Fast forward to 2019, Mark Wahlberg bought stake in the company and the brand exploded!

And now Emily Buckingham along with her husband, Ben, have brought this incredible gym to West Fargo and are the FIRST of its kind to be established in the Dakotas.

Emily obtained her bachelor of science degree in athletic training with a minor in psychology from University of North Dakota as well as a master of science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sport performance from Point Loma Nazarene University. Her passion for athletic training has taken her on an adventure across the United States and has given her the opportunity to work in almost every setting athletic training has to offer.

She is excited for her new adventure as Co-Owner and Director of Fitness and Studio performance at F45 West Fargo, where she gets to combine her passions of health, movement, people & community and bring this global phenomenon to West Fargo!
