Today on the show we're covering two controversial topics, sex and alcohol. But we're going to be talking about them from a perspective with health and wellbeing in mind. We're going to be talking about alcohol from the angle of sobriety and how my guest, Lora Harris, overcame her addition to alcohol to transform her life from failing to flourishing. Then we deep dive into the topic of sex and the potential health benefits of sex.

Key Takeaways:

After a highly successful 17 year career in the restaurant industry, Lora Harris retired from corporate America and became a serial entrepreneur. That journey took her through coming face to face with her addiction, going through financial hardship, leaving toxic relationships, and completely rebuilding my identity and how I want to show up in the world. I am quickly approaching my 4 years in sobriety. Lora is the co-founder of rebel mental wellness, celebrity dog mom, and content creator. She is determined to reach and impact as many lives as possibly through her testimony and story of overcoming and taking back her power.
