Carol and I sat down and talked all about fixed energy, what it is, where you can find it, and how to use it to get stuff! We compared fixed energy to cardinal energy in simple terms and real-life scenarios. We are keeping things basic for a few more episodes so that we do not lose anyone when we jump into the signs. It was just a trial idea I am playing with and a sample of how easy my lessons are. I will give the answers in an upcoming episode. Cardinal energy examined: Easy Astrology Lessons episode 2

Karen and I sat down to talk about Cardinal energy. It was a pretty relaxed session. In this session and the next two sessions we are going over the "qualities" of energy (cardinal, fixed, and mutable), one per episode. There is no sense trying to cram it all in at once. It is better to focus on these building blocks now and when we start incorporating them into the more complex structures they will make much more sense. Again, no pressure, no stress. You can do this.

I sat down with Carol and Diana and we spent half an hour discussing mutable energy. In all fairness I did most of the talking as I am the teacher.
