In this episode, I chat about the important topic of sleep and sleep routines for our littles with Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, Kendra Mueller. I worked firsthand with Kendra when my toddler was waking during the night, and we were TIRED! We needed help and guidance, and I have learned so much from Kendra around sleep as it relates to our children. I know you will too!

Sleep is an important need for both busy moms and our children, and it's hard to function at our best when we are running on 'E' from lack of sleep.

New moms can face a lot of fear like "you'll never sleep again!", and Kendra gives parents confidence and sleep methods that work best for each family.

We talk through common myths around sleep training and "cry it out". Kendra shares her expertise on boundary setting with sleep, expectations, and helps simplify what can feel like an otherwise overwhelming topic.

Dream It Do It - Episode 19: Work Life Balance As A Working Mom

In this episode, I chat about navigating the ongoing topic of "work life balance" as a mom who cares about her family and her children (of course!) AND as a mom who wants to thrive and flourish in her career. I am strive to do my very best with both, and it's not always easy. I believe we CAN do both well, but that it does take ongoing reflecting, adaptability, and putting one foot in front of the other as we move through different seasons of life. I definitely don't have this all have this figured out (who does?!), and I will always be on a quest to find harmony & alignment with the priorities that I value most in my life. I pay attention to moms I look up to who have gone before me, I think about how I want each day to FEEL, I remember my kids are only little once, and I ask for help! Here's to normalizing that we all do it different and supporting other mamas every step of the way. Dream It Do It - Episode 21: How To Get Yourself Out of a Funk

In this episode, I discuss the common feeling of "I'm in a funk!" and how to get out of it.

We all have periods of time where we feel off or in a funk. The part to know, however, is that you can teach yourself how to recover faster and feel better faster vs. staying stuck.

I believe feeling low/down can happen for several different reasons, and it's helpful to know what triggered your funk in the first place -- a vacation where you just got out of your routine, a disruption to the habits that make you feel good, a season change, or a life event. Nonetheless - it's important we learn to navigate all seasons to prevent ourselves from going into funks that last too long!

We discuss how best to get out of a funk and specific tactics that will leave you feeling empowered and in control of you, despite what might be going on around you.
