Episode 19 is dedicated to learning to love & appreciate your body for all the things it does for you, not just for how it looks. Our bodies are so fascinating and amazing that they literally grow muscle and bone to make us stronger, they regenerate tissues to heal us and so, so much more. Our bodies love us so much that they will adapt to our environment, circumstances and stressors to keep us alive & functioning... So it's time to show it some love back. We need to stop nit picking all the things we hate and want to change about our physical appearance by appreciating all that our bodies are capable of.
